Spring of 2016
The journey begins in Arizona. Celine takes the leap from working as a pastry chef in various resorts around the valley to showcase her skills with pastries, specifically beignets. Her family is from France, inspiring her to choose beignets over other delicious pastries.
2016-2024
Thousands of beignets made, we drive around Arizona, frying beignets, rain or shine, anywhere from Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, etc.
Fast Forward to Winter of 2024-Present
Our trailer is born. We begin to offer coffee and beignets, all over the valley!
